仕事内容

 設計に関するスタッフのアシスタント募集。 建築設計経験のある方。 自立し自己解決の出来る方。 英語必須(日常会話程度) 業務内容： - 図面作成(平面図、立面図、矩計図、詳細図等) - プレゼンテーション資料作成(CAD、スケッチ、貼り絵等) - プロジェクトで使用する素材の検索 - 空間設計、レイアウト、オフィスの使い方などをクライアントに提案する。 - 設計の段階でデザインの提案 - 工事現場への視察 Job description: Assist the Project Architect in the development of the design. The ideal candidate is a pro-active team-player who has creative problem solving skills. We put great emphasis on people who have the ability to come up with unusual or clever ideas about a given situation or who can develop creative ways to solve problems. Good communication through the use of sketches,collage or computer renderings are essential. The position will require some experience in the construction field. Good command of at least spoken English is required. - Preparation of CAD drawings floor plans, elevations, sections and details - Creating of presentation documents using 3D modeling programmes such as Vectorworks, or through the use of sketches, collages , or other, - Search for materials and other products to be used for the project. - Advise client on design factors, such as space planning, layout and utilization of furnishings and equipment, and color coordination. - Provide design input while working on the various stages of the design. - Visit the construction site to monitor construction progress.
